Shipping Policy for Simply Classic Creations

 

Thank you for shopping with Simply Classic Creations. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Order Processing

All orders are generally shipped within 2 business days after payment is received. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped during major holiday's and sales events. We will notify you by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available on selected orders as displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it's in transit we're unable to modify it. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.
